How soon can I get my order?

We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time shipping same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the next business day.

Our Domestic (within the continental U.S.) free shipping methods use USPS Mail, which has a standard delivery estimate of 4-7 business days. Our Express shipping methods use FEDEX, which has a standard delivery estimate of 3-5 business days.

We only provide USPS Shipping for military addresses and APO /FPO orders. These orders may take up to 14 days in transit.

For fedex and USPS packages, once the order is shipped, if you would like to re-route the package to a different address or if it's a mistake on shipping address. we will charge $19.99 to change the address.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information, your order processing may be delayed. We will contact you via email or phone calls for further information in order to verify your payment. If we cannot confirm the necessary information, the order will be cancelled after 3 business days and you will receive a full refund.

* Delivery dates on our website are estimates provided by the courier and may be affected by weather, national holidays, and some geographic locations.


International Delivery And Duty Tax

When shipping internationally it is important to know that the end customer is importing the product, and will therefore likely have to pay duties/taxes. Each country has its own set of rules which change often and are assessed at the port of entry by a customs officer. Because duties are paid by the end customer, each international customer will have a different experience purchasing our products and should be aware of the increased end price of the product. Keep in mind (although these situations are rare), depending on the destination country and the product shipped, it is possible that the product can be sent back to the shipper. If the customer refuses to pay these duties/taxes at the time of delivery, they are responsible for the return shipping costs to have the order sent back to us. If we are forced to pay these costs, they will be deducted from the total refund back to the customer for the returned order.


What do I do if my parcel is lost?

We highly recommend using signature confirmation upon delivery to prevent lost or stolen packages. If a package is not delivered, please call your local post office for immediate assistance with your parcel. We ask that before contacting Vivant, you make a claim by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS®. Please include the claim number when contacting us via [email protected]

Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

What packaging will my order be delivered in?

Your order will be shipped in discreet packaging with no visible logos.


What if my parcel is damaged?

If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it's at all damaged, don't sign for it and hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after it is delivered, please contact the Vivant team at [email protected]

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?

No, not if you have received your tracking information by email. All orders placed before noon, PT will ship same day. Orders placed after noon PT will ship the next business day.


Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. This link will also be available in the Order History section of your account.


Where do you deliver?

US orders can be delivered to locations within the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska & Hawaii. Vivant cannot ship orders to Utah or off-shore territories such as Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands.


Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

At this time we cannot ship to PO Box addresses and recommend using our Signature Delivery option.
